Welcome to BabyBlissPV. By placing a rental order through our website, social media, or directly with our team, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Rental Agreement

By renting baby equipment from BabyBlissPV, you (the “Client”) agree to be fully responsible for the rented items during the rental period. This includes any loss, theft, damage, or misuse of the equipment.

2. Rental Duration & Extensions

Rental begins on the date and time of delivery and ends on the agreed return date. If you wish to extend your rental, please contact us at least 24 hours before the original return date. Extensions are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Delivery & Pick-Up

We offer free delivery and pick-up on qualifying orders (see our Delivery Policy). Delivery and pick-up windows are between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, and are subject to hotel, condo, or property access policies.

It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure someone is present at the scheduled delivery and pick-up times. Additional trips due to missed appointments may incur a service fee.

4. Condition of Equipment

All equipment is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before each rental. Clients agree to return items in the same clean and functional condition in which they were received.

A cleaning fee of $15 USD (or 300 MXN) will apply if the equipment is returned dirty. Damaged or lost items will be charged at full replacement value.

5. Payment

We accept payments via PayPal (credit/debit cards) and cash on delivery. Full payment must be received before delivery. If payment is not completed, BabyBlissPV reserves the right to cancel the order.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Please review our full Refund and Returns Policy for cancellation terms. Refunds are issued in Mexican Pesos. Exchange rate variations may apply.

7. Liability

BabyBlissPV is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or incidents resulting from the misuse or improper installation of rented items. It is the Client’s responsibility to use all items as intended and according to manufacturer instructions.

8. Privacy

All personal data collected is used solely for service coordination and communication and will not be shared with third parties, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Jalisco, Mexico. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within this jurisdiction.
