Refund and Returns Policy

At BabyBlissPV, your satisfaction and trust are our top priorities. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the equipment exclusively for your booking, which prevents us from renting it to other clients. Therefore, cancellations are subject to the following terms:

  • More than 7 days before delivery: Refund of 90% of the total rental amount.
  • Between 72 hours and 7 days before delivery: Refund of 70% of the total rental amount.
  • Less than 72 hours before rental start date: Refund of 50% of the total rental amount.
  • Same-day cancellations or early returns: No refund.

Please note that refunds are processed in Mexican Pesos, so exchange rate differences may apply.

Returns Policy

All rented equipment must be returned in the same clean and good condition as it was received.

  • If the equipment is returned dirty or damaged, an additional cleaning fee of $15 USD (or 300 MXN) will be applied.
  • Lost or irreparably damaged equipment will be charged to your credit card at the retail replacement value.

How to Request a Refund

If you qualify for a refund based on the cancellation policy, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you receive equipment that does not meet your expectations or is not in proper working condition, please contact us immediately. We will gladly provide a replacement or solution as quickly as possible to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
