Below, you’ll find answers to the most common questions about our services, delivery policies, and rental process. If you don’t see your question here, feel free to contact us — we’re here to help!
What are your delivery and pick-up policies?
We offer free delivery and pick-up on orders of $60 USD or more (or the equivalent of 1,200 MXN) within the Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Vallarta, and Bucerías areas. Deliveries to the South or North Shore may incur an additional fee.
Deliveries are scheduled between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. All pick-ups must be ready by 12:00 PM on the day of departure, unless prior arrangements have been made. If you wish to extend your rental, please notify BabyBlissPV at least 24 hours before the scheduled return date.
All delivery and pick-up times are subject to the policies of real estate offices, hotels, inns, and homeowners.
If your arrival is on a Sunday, delivery will be made on Saturday. For departures on Sunday, pick-up will occur on Monday. If a Sunday pick-up is necessary, we will coordinate accordingly.
Is there a minimum rental period?
There is no minimum number of rental days. However, there is a minimum rental amount of $20 USD or 400 MXN. To qualify for free delivery, orders must total at least $60 USD or 1,200 MXN. Orders below this amount may be subject to delivery fees depending on location.
Where do you deliver?
We service the entire Banderas Bay area. Whether you are staying at a private residence, hotel, bed & breakfast, or condo, we can deliver directly to you. We also deliver to car rental agencies and transportation services.
What is your cancellation policy?
We reserve equipment exclusively for each client’s booking, which prevents us from renting it to others. Therefore, our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled delivery date will receive a 90% refund.
- Cancellations made between 72 hours and 7 days prior to delivery will receive a 70% refund.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours before the rental start date will receive a 50% refund.
- Same-day cancellations or early returns are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued in Mexican Pesos; exchange rate differences may apply.
Are your products safe and clean?
Safety is our top priority at BabyBlissPV. Each item undergoes thorough cleaning, sterilization, and inspection before delivery to ensure it is in perfect working condition for your child. We use non-toxic, baby-safe cleaning products. All sheets and fabric materials are washed with gentle, hypoallergenic detergents.
What happens if I lose, damage, or return the equipment dirty?
Equipment must be returned in the same clean condition it was received. Failure to do so will result in an additional $15 USD or 300 MXN cleaning fee. Lost or damaged equipment will be charged to your credit card at retail value.
What is the payment process?
We accept all major credit cards via secure PayPal payments. Cash on delivery is available, but full payment must be made before equipment is delivered. If you require an alternative payment method, please let us know and we will accommodate your needs.
How far in advance should I place my order?
To ensure availability, we recommend placing your order as soon as your travel plans are confirmed. We understand that sometimes plans are made last minute, and we will do our best to accommodate such requests.
What if I am not satisfied with my order?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with any item, we will gladly replace it as soon as possible so you can fully enjoy your time in Banderas Bay.
